• API Keys (BYOK): Encrypted at rest using AES-256

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the Service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets)
• Send marketing emails (with your consent; you can unsubscribe anytime)

3. Data Processing

Your project content is sent to third-party AI providers (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic) for document generation. We do not use your content to train our own models. Please review the privacy policies of these providers.

4. Data Storage

Data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS) in the us-west-2 region. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Delete: Request deletion of your account and data
• Export: Download your projects and documents
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
